Ust-Labinsk district presents a promising project in the area of housing & public utilities complex

The municipal formation Ust-Labinsk district offers to implement a project on the construction of a new gravity flow sewer.

It is expected to build a new gravity flow sewer 15.6 km long in the northern part of the municipal center (Ust-Labinsk city of Krasnodar region). Due to the lack of competitors the project will be successfully implemented. According to the forecasts, the estimated capacity of the sewer will make 2,555 thousand cubic meters per year. The main group of consumers will consist of business entities of the north-eastern part of the city.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 181.08 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 25 new jobs.

A land plot of 460,146 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ust-Labinsk city. There is a local road, Zapolotnyanaya Street (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city – Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city" is 0.7 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Ust-Labinsk city is 3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 67 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ust-Labinskaya is 2.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60 km.
