Ust-Labinsk district presents a profitable project in the area of processing industry

The investors are offered to implement a profitable investment project: construction of a multi-fuel filling station.

The investment project stipulates the organization of the construction of a multi-fuel filling station with an estimated capacity of 4,047,210 liters per year. As envisaged by the project, the main consumers of the products will be residents of the district and Krasnodar region. 

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 67.9 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 8 new jobs.

A land plot of 4,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Zhelezniy farm. There is a local road, Svobodnaya Street (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city – Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city" is 13 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Ust-Labinsk city is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 55 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ust-Labinskaya is 16 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 50 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 230 km.
