Ust-Labinsk district offers a land plot for the implementation of a project in the construction sector

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs a land plot for arranging production on manufacturing joinery products.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 30,000 sq. m. The site is located in farmstead of Zhelezny. There is a local road, Komarova Street (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Ust-Labinsk city is 3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 65 km. The distance to the nearest railway station Ust-Labinsk is 1.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 45 km and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 155 km.

The plot is under state ownership. Presently the plot is not used, free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 300 m, to the water system is 250 m, to the gas supply system is 200 m, and to the sewage system is 100 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 20 million rubles.
