Ust-Labinsk district of Krasnodar region offers an investment site

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs an investment attractive land plot for the construction of a gas filling station.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 4,000 sq. m. The site is located in Nekrasovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Lermontova Street (0.01 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city – Kurganinsk city" is 0.1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Ust-Labinsk city is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 71 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ust-Labinsk is 1.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 70 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 250 km.

The site is in the state property. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
