The Ust-Labinsk district to present an investment project in the agricultural sector

The entrepreneurs are offered to finance the construction of a complex shopping & logistics center.

The target of the investment project is to construct a shopping & logistics center for storage, processing and distribution of agricultural and food industry products in Ust-Labinsk of Krasnodar region. Asstipulated by a predeveloped business-plan, the projected capacity will make 14 000 tons of finished products per year. The center services will be highly sought among wholesale depots, public catering and trade channels. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 212.76 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 195 new jobs.

A land plot of 47,060 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ust-Labinsk city. There is a local road, Zapolotnyanaya Street (1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk – Krasnodar – Kropotkin" is 0.7 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 67 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ust-Labinskaya is 2.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport  is 53 km.
