The Municipal Formation Ust-Labinsk District of the Krasnodar Region provides an investment site for projects in the construction industry

The Municipal Formation provides entrepreneurs an investment site, on which an enterprise for the production of roofing materials is planned to be built.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 8,000 sq. m. The site is located in Ust-Labinsk city. There is a local road, Dalnaya Street(100 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 65 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ust-Labinskaya is 1.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 50 km, and to the sea port of seaport Novorossiysk is 230 km.
