The Municipal Formation Ust-Labinsk District of the Krasnodar Region provides a promising project in the consumer field

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to participate in the project on constructing a shopping complex in Ust-Labinsk.

The investment project intends the construction of the competitive shopping complex. The main building and auxiliary facilities is planned to be built. High quality of services to be provided to consumers is a main competitive advantage. The design capacity of the enterprise, according to the feasibility study, will be as following: 1,760 sq. m. for  commercial premises and 940 sq. m. for offices. The residents and guests of  Ust-Labinsk and the district will be consumers of the services.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 73.6 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 26 new jobs.

A land plot of 23,101 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ust-Labinsk city. There is a local road, Zapolotnyanaya Street (300 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk – Krasnodar – Kropotkin" is 0.2 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 65 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ust-Labinskaya is 3.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 50 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 230 km.
