The Municipal Formation Ust-Labinsk District of the Krasnodar Region provides a profitable projects in the tourism sector

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement an investment project on constructing a recreation center.

The recreation center for 30 people is planned to be built within the investment project. The residents of the Municipal Center and the Krasnodar Region will be visitors of the recreation center. The designed recreation center has significant competitive advantages: it will have a privileged location with a high level of demand for the services of accommodation, catering and active leisure, as well as low competition with a low price level.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 14.5 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 20 new jobs.

A land plot of 34,732 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Bezlesniy farm. There is a local road, Gagarina Street (1.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk – Krasnodar – Kropotkin" is 8.40 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Ust-Labinsk city is 33 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 90 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ust-Labinskaya is 31 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 78 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 258 km.
