The Municipal Formation Ust-Labinsk District of the Krasnodar Region proposes an large-scale project in the agricultural sector

The Municipal Formation Ust-Labinsk District proposes to invest in the project for the construction of a plant for deep soybean processing.

A large plant with a design capacity of over 40 thousand tons of soy products is planned to be built in the Ust-Labinsk District. An enterprise with high-tech equipment will provide the domestic market of soybean protein with dietary quality products.

The project needs 2,822.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 4.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 298 new jobs.

A land plot of 217,212 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ust-Labinsk city. There is a local road, Kommunalnaya Street (0km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 67 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ust-Labinskaya is 2.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 230 km.
