Construction of the plant for primary meat processing (slaughter and cooling)

Investor: Kuban AgroHolding Management Company LLC  (ahkuban.ru). The plant was commissioned in Q1, 2016.

Volume of investments for the project: 1260,0 mln. rubles.

123 new jobs were created. And tax deductions to all levels of the budget amounted to 40,0 mln. rubles.

The meat processing plant has a capacity of 8,400 tons of meat processing per year. The capacity of the combined slaughter line is 27 tons of the bone-in meat per 8-hour shift (500 pigs or 120 heads of cattle). The refrigerating capacity is 75 tons in the cooled form, and that one in the frozen form is 250 tons. Cutting and packing amounted to 12,5 tons.
