Ust-Labinsk district plans to implement a large agrarian project

The municipality invites investors to participate in the implementation of an investment project on the construction of a dairy & cattle farm for 300 heads of milking herd together with a milk processing shop in the farmstead Oktyabrsky and expansion of a dairy & cattle farm (DCF) in the farmstead Zhelezny up to 300 heads of milking herd.  

As envisaged by the project, the construction of a dairy & cattle farm for 300 heads of milking herd together with a milk (cheese) processing shop will be set up in the farmstead Oktyabrsky and the expansion of a dairy & cattle farm up to 300 heads of milking herd will be organized in the farmstead Zhelezny. The project capacity will make: production of unpasteurized milk – 4200 liters per year; milk processing – 1.6 thousand tons of finished products (cheeses). The principal consumers will be residents of Krasnodar region.     

The project needs 636 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 2 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 41 new jobs.

A land plot of 128,606 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in village Oktyabrskiy and village Zhelezniy. The distance to the federal highway «Temryuk city – Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city» is 10.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Ust-Labinsk city is 21.2 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 67.9 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Varilka is 11.8 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60.2 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 217 km.
