As part of the participation in the Sochi-2016 International Investment Forum, a 3-party agreement was signed on intentions for cooperation in the field of investment between the Ministry of Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Utilities of the Krasnodar Region, the Administration of the Municipal Formation Ust-Labinsk District, and Eurosibenergo-Kuban LLC on the construction of the first start-up complex of the mini-CHPP with a capacity of 4.4 MW.
